Made a phone call in the morning and had an appointment for a hour later. Told them the problem and they offered a solution on the spot. Agreed to the suggestion and had my laptop back the next day! What a difference in the performance! Didn’t know you should get your laptop tuned up once a year. Definitely makes a difference! Thankyou for a great job and speedy return!
Tom and his team are friendly, great and so is their service and knowledge. Tom's Help Desk is a keeper in my opinion, and I will be using them for my computer needs and repairs in the future.
Our son's computer was not working (so I thought). Called Tom's Help Desk and got a same day appointment. They diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and didn't charge me. Would definitely recommend them.
