FireTec is a top notch company. Their communication is stellar. Jessica was very accommodating with our scheduling and sent timely reminders and updates. We had our Enviro EX32 fireplace insert repaired. Dean and Ron were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They did the repairs in a timely fashion and did a thorough cleanup. Shayla and her team did an incredible job cleaning our house. Tech was professional and gave opinion on phone. I took computer to the shop, social distancing with others on porch. He called me giving me an update on obtaining parts and approximate cost of the part. Holiday shipping will take longer. Picked up the computer by appointment. Took it home and it works wonderfully.
