Simply excellent - prompt, courteous, competent, well trained, well equipped with specialized tools, thorough, listened carefully to our problems and objectives for our fireplace, and quickly provided a clear and comprehensive report with recommendations for next steps. Oh, and by the way, Seth and Shane left our house cleaner than it was when they got here.
