I saw there were more great reviews for this store than bad, and after I took my computer, which I thought was a goner, to this shop, I was impressed and compelled to write this. I see how the one-man-machine could become busy and get sidetracked, hence the two bad reviews I found. I know it wasn't the owners intention if these reviews were real.
