Outstanding service, Mark is extremely knowledgable and was able to clean and rebuild not only my desk top but my laptop as well. You can't find computer techs that can restore files and rebuild systems they all just want to clear it and have you start over. Mark is a talented technician and I strongly recommend him.Bill
