“I am thrilled with the job these guys do. I decided to save a few bucks by blowing in my own insulation to help my heating bill and, well, I kind of goofed up by not sealing off the room where the blower was which resulted in me covering my entire house with a fine layer of dust. Epic fail. Tyree and his crew saved the day by meticulously cleaning my entire house, removing pictures from the walls, carrying my furniture out into the yard to beat off the dust, even cleaning the individual grates of my heating vents. They honestly cleans places and things that I could have never thought of. While I made a poor decision to play DIY insulation guy I made up for it by making the decision to hire these guys. They did such a great job I have them come back every 6 months to give us a full cleaning. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. I HIGHLY recommend!“

“I do not usually write reviews, but Uriarte Cleaning was simple amazing. She is a woman with a talent! She came in my home and deep cleaned my whole house in 4 hours! Usually when a stranger comes in your home you feel strange and uptight but I was none of those things! I felt like i knew her for years even though I just meet her! She is friendly reasonable and a hard worker. People are willing to pay top dollar for great service myself included but hiring Christine I paid a reasonable price for great service. “ServiceMaster By Artec is absolutely the company that I would recommend to anyone in need of restoration work. I had a plumbing issue that led to a much larger issue. ServiceMaster came out right away and got the water cleaned up and got the mitigation squared away immediately. When it was time for the restoration work to begin, they were fast, professional, communicative, and did a great job. Within seven days, carpentry/drywall work was done, flooring was done, and painting was done. At one point, we hit a snag with a leaky pipe, and rather than telling me that I had to have a plumber come out, the project manager came out and took a look at it himself, and was able to easily resolve the issue, without the need for the added expense of a plumber, which appreciate beyond words. They were absolutely wonderful, and though I hope I never find myself in a situation in which I need them again, they are who I would call, in a heartbeat.“
