First of all Roger is such a pleaser . He wants to make sure your happy with his cleaning. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed . Really impressed and pleased with the work Roger and Jay did with my carpets. I called and had an appointment for an estimate the same day and my carpet cleaned within 2 days. They both were professional from start to finish and efficient with their time. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Bio-Clean was called because it was time to freshen things up. The tech that came in was very polite and explained their cleaning process. He told me how I could protect my investment by adding carpet protector. He was not pushy at all, he gave me choices and let me decide. I like that!
