My PCP retired and I decided to switch to Dr. Schaffer because of her wonderful reviews and how close the practice is to my home. Though I haven't had my first annual visit yet, I had to write a review about Joann, the Office Manager. I have now spoken to her multiple times at the front desk with questions about insurance, referrals, and to make the switch to be a new patient. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
