Excellent staff, EXTREMELY nice and helpful, Dr Schaffer is excellent these people are professionals! They know what they are doing. Dr. Schaffer has always been patient with me and the communication between staff, dr.’s and myself is remarkable. Seriously, they are always on point. Medication is input correctly and quickly. They treat me like I’m one of their family. I can’t say enough good things about them. They also use the mychart app which is great for keeping track of everything.

Everyone at this office is so professional and courteous. You can tell they all genuinely care about their patients. The nurses and doctors to an excellent job building and maintaining a rapport.

Went in for an initial visit with the NP Katie, she could not have been more attentive to detail and took preventative measures for my health. Erica was fabulous drawing my blood today and even asked first how I handled it, in case I had trouble. The COVID protocol was extremely safe and the staff explained everything as they went along. Thanks for a great appointment!
