My PCP retired and I decided to switch to Dr. Schaffer because of her wonderful reviews and how close the practice is to my home. Though I haven't had my first annual visit yet, I had to write a review about Joann, the Office Manager. I have now spoken to her multiple times at the front desk with questions about insurance, referrals, and to make the switch to be a new patient. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I was assured I would be made a priority if anything comes up and I need to visit earlier than my annual. She gave me real peace of mind and I'm so thankful I switched!

Excellent staff, EXTREMELY nice and helpful, Dr Schaffer is excellent these people are professionals! They know what they are doing. Dr. Schaffer has always been patient with me and the communication between staff, dr.’s and myself is remarkable. Seriously, they are always on point. Medication is input correctly and quickly. They treat me like I’m one of their family. I can’t say enough good things about them. They also use the mychart app which is great for keeping track of everything.
