Every class is fabulous. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, you want to come back and try to improve. Each instructor brings their unique and supportive experienced teaching style to every class.
Very professional. Teachers are very skilled and knowledgeable. They take time to assist and encourage. I've attended 7 or so times in the last 20 days. It is challenging and rewarding.
I can't say enough amazing things about this space, the humans that run it, and the yoga options offered. Stop in for a very budget-friendly intro rate that includes all classes and may just change your life.
