I am a newbie to electrolysis, having only done laser previously with zilch results as far as unwanted facial hair goes. I decided to try Ober Yahr as they are pretty much the only studio within the Cleveland/Pittsburgh/Buffalo trifecta that has a pain-free, modern scheduling process, offers flexible weekend appointments, or is otherwise open to new custom. I have so far been satisfied with the service, it being infinitely less painful than laser and actually yielding results. My electrologist, Ally, is always so friendly to everyone she works with. I have been a client at Ober Yahr Electrolysis for about 3 months now, I highly recommend Jaide for all your Electrolysis needs. She is a kind, gentle, welcoming good soul. She always does an amazing job and is very professional. Love, love, love her! You won't be disappointed!!!

Many thanks to Jaide for the excellent customer service provided for my first electrolysis session (and to Jamie for quickly notifying me about a cancellation)! Jaide was a true professional and empathetic. I didn't feel judged at all for openly identifying myself as LBGTQIA+. Jaide gave me helpful info/was a good communicator, didn't push services, did a high quality job with the electrolysis, and was kind.
