I've only been there once but had a great experience. I got my eyebrows threaded and they were perfect! There was no wait time and I was seen immediately. The girl who did my eyebrows was very efficient and it only took 5 mins. I would definitely visit again.

I like going here. They are very fast. They do a good job. Few compliments with this time. The one lady didn't dust off my face at all so I had hairs all over my face. I was dusting myself off afterwards. Getting hairs out of my eyes was not fun. She put aloe on my eyebrows and not my lip as well. However I asked for the witch hazel that was normally offered to clease the area since I knew I had been nicked a few times and I got aloe instead. Certainly glad I am not allergic to it. I know people who are. She just ignored my request for something else. Then she put in a 30% tip for me on the machine. Maybe hoping I didn't notice? Like dude, I dont want to pay almost 1/3...read full review

I walked into the Waterfront Natural Eyebrows Threading for the 1st time on May 7th. Januka was so helpful answering my many questions. She did such a nice job refreshing my brows . I will definitely visit Januka again.
