When I called to schedule my appointment, I didn’t realize soft wax would be used until the call ended. I called back to cancel my appointment because I felt uneasy about my appointment because I’m so used to hard wax for years . Nay called me back and introduced her self and addressed all my concerns to see how she could accommodate my needs. Upon arrival I was greeted by all staff including Nay. It was very clean at this location .She made me feel welcomed and at ease with her personality. She was thorough, efficient, skillful , knowledgeable, and very informative. Waxxpot is a such a bright and cheerful facility. Jessica was so kind and professional. She explained everything she was going to do with a gentle touch. The free parking is certainly a plus and being a first time customer my service was FREE. Keep up the great work Waxxpot. I will be looking forward to my future visits . I am one happy customer ?
