Great service, They cared about my vision issues and also cared about my health issues that might impact my vision. Friendly and professional. The eye exam and glasses were reasonably priced. No hassle scheduling and a quick (3 to 5 days) delivery of glasses. I'm very happy going there.

I came here for a paper copy of my prescription to buy glasses online. Knowing this, they intentionally did not take my pupilary distance (nor did I know what that was) so that I would have to return.

I would've been happy to pay an extra fee for it. This combined with high pressure sales make for dishonest business. This is borderline petty because I didn't want to pay triple digit prices for glasses.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They enjoyed their jobs didn't mind that I took a whole to pick frames out. The cost was made very clear before I paid, which I also appreciated.
