Lindsey was great. It was my first time and she made me absolutely comfortable. I completed the full 60 minutes and I enjoyed the experience which more than met my expectations. I booked my next 2 appointments and intend to make this a regular wellness activity. I liked that there is a full vault not a bed. I began with the vault door open but relaxed right away and closed the door. I kept the starry ceiling lights on. Next goal - complete darkness immersion.
I highly recommend for relaxation and I am hoping to relieve back pain stress over time.
Awesome experience & will definitely be back soon. The float tank was clean and comfortable (even as someone with claustrophobia) and reminded me of a spa experience! It was restorative and meditative.
The front desk girl Brittany was very nice and welcoming , my over all experience was great and relaxing , the place is very clean and inviting . I recommend going if you need a little calm and relaxation in your life . I did the float spa but look forward to trying all the things they offer there !
