This is the first time ever experiencing reflexology & I'm blown away ! I just started in Dec. 2024. Everything was beautifully explained to me & I've learned so much about my own body through this amazing technique !! Judy is kind, knowledgeable & most importantly, she continues to explore & be open minded about her techniques and continuing education. This procedure helped me so much with my back & can't wait to benefit from the next appointments, which there are several techniques used for various reasons & I'm going to explore them all !! I am only in town for the day and she was the only person who could fit me in at the last minute. The ambiance was amazing and he was very knowledgable. I really feel relaxed and loose. I will defiantly come back to see her when I’m back in town again.

I had been suffering for over three months from a constantly aching arm and shoulder about 15 years ago, reason unknown, possible repetitive motion injury. I went to Judy for massage therapy, and she told me it might feel a bit worse the first week, and it did a little. Went for a second massage one or two weeks later. Within days all my pain had disappeared. If I were better at taking care of myself I would have seen her on a regular basis after that, but like so many of us, I'm not.
