Love this location and team . Every time I’m feeling unwell I’m welcomed into this urgent care Dr.Rilan took care of my yesterday evening. I walked in at 7:36 after being turned away from med express on Freeport road . They had a full waiting room but the ability to take me was truly appreciated the staff is wonderful from start to finish . There’s a sense of comfort every time I step into this location. Not only that parking is free and accessible on 2 busy streets . Love this location and the staff . Always and will forever recommend this location

The facility is not very clean or neat.I would like to be told my vitals such as blood pressure and also if I have a fever.I did appreciate a relatively quick call with test results.

They always take care of me, i can’t switch up on ShadySide. Make sure you make an appointment so you can be taken care of right away, a lot of people are sick and they accept walk-ins; So if you’re waiting a while it’s because you didn’t proceed to schedule beforehand. Staff is very kind and understanding. Thank you.
