I went in on 7/06/2026 at 7:45pm and the entire staff was extremely friendly. Dr. Derek was very professional and heard me out about everything I was going through and telling him. He diagnosed my left shoulder pain and explained throughly what it was and what it was not, and how to treat it. I also want to mention the nurse, I believe her name was Kristen M, short blonde hair woman made me feel exceptionally welcomed and made me feel good about past experiences. She is a true sweetheart and I would recommend anyone who goes there to request her being their nurse and him being their doctor. My experience at this urgent care was the best one I have had. There was no wait. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Greenleaf drained my abscess and helped me to find a close pharmacy that had late hours to pick up my prescription. I was in and out of there in a half an hour. An hour prior to visiting here I went to UPMC Urgent Care on Baum Blvd and there were over 30 people waiting and the front desk person had a bad attitude. I am so happy that prompted me to find this AHN urgent care in Braddock. Thank you!

Hands down the best urgent care ever! Everyone here is phenomenal and listen! The best part is they pass no judgement and are funny when it’s needed. Keep being who you all are and helping us in times of need. Thank you so much!
