I've been here a few times, for myself and my family. We all received great care, and everything was professional. I will always come here if I can't get in to see my PCP or in an emergency.
I was experiencing a awful sore throat and could not get off to go to my PCP. This place was so clean and the people were friendly and I was waited on immediately. I would highly recommend this AHN facility on Braddock Avenue in Braddock thanks to all who treated me. The guard was kind at the door. The person who checked me in was very jolly, and the nurse was excellent, and the doctor was very thorough with a great bedside manner. I can't say more, they get five stars from me.
I went here for a sprained ankle and encountered about six employees who were all excellent (nice, accommodating, patient, and answered all of my questions).Front desk receptionist was also great. He was calm and easy to work with. He spent an extra twenty minutes to clarify something with my health insurance.I left feeling like I was cared for.
