Is this salon closed? This is the third time I have showed up for an appointment and she has been closed. I feel bad leaving a negative review, but I am trying to help prevent this for others in the future. She does a really good job but is not consistently open despite what the hours say online. I would reccomend calling in advance to see if they are open or not.

So they 100% swindled. The promote 15 dollars for eye brow shaping on their booksy scheduler, went into the shop and it was 30!!!! Thats a ridiculous jump. And a rip off for eye brow waxing.

Excellent customer service and quick service, highly recommend to anyone to visit. I will continue to visit for my haircuts/trims as they are always great and the outcome is even better.

I have Afro 3c/4a hair and I got a blowout with protein treatment and trim for $120. The stylist is gentle and the process was mostly painless. My hair also came out silky and straight. The reason why I’m not giving this salon 5 stars is because it should NEVER take 4.5 hrs to do a simple blowout. The stylist decided to dye someone’s hair while I was under the dryer and left me there for 2 hours. I would’ve said something about the excessive drying time but I fell asleep under the hood and didn’t realize how long it had been until I woke up. I feel like they prioritized the dye job who came an hour after me and just left me to wait because my procedure was less expensive. Also, $120 is an exorbitantly high price for a blowout at a non-luxury salon. I won’t be returning here and will likely opt for a silk press with my regular stylist.

When into this hair salon today for a rod curl set… I was told that they don’t do that hairstyle & would have to go to a beauty salon… is this not what they are??? How hard is it to do a rod set??? Dumbest excuse I’ve ever heard coming from a hair salon… the picture below is what they said they couldn’t perform…. Idiots.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone, but when I showed up was told the girl who scheduled my appointment “left”, and the stylist who i booked with had 2 clients before me. Was asked to wait 2.5 hours. Left and went to another salon. Definitely not a good way to run a business.

I was amazed they were open on Labor Day! They took me right away! One girl did my nails while the other one did my hair. I left there feeling like a special new person & a million bucks! They were very kind and professional. I made a new appointment for next week! This is my new go to place! Btw my nail polish shows blue but it changes colors.
