Waited months for them to come out for a bid. Price was ridiculously high. We had 3 companies bid for the job.Company 1 Bid- about $65,000Company 2 Bid- about $68,000Tischendorf Remodeling Bid- over $120,000We're going with company #2 as they have the same ratings on Google as Tischendorf. Honestly trust company #2 just as much and they are much easier to get ahold of, much more responsiveUpdate: they have pricing guides on their website. They are way higher at the time of this review than they were when I called for an estimate in September. Increased from $75,000 to $120,000 for the exact same job a few months ago!

We hired Tischendorf Remodeling to tear out our old swimming pool and replace it with a large deck a few years ago. The crew was professional and did excellent work. Todd and his staff helped us throughout the process from demolition to design. They truly care about their quality of work and want their customers to be happy with the results. Recently we had an issue with the deck settling and sinking in a few spots, and they returned to make sure the problem was corrected to our satisfaction. I would trust them implicitly with any future remodeling projects and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy contractor.
