The Skin Center is a highly-rated medical spa with locations in Pittsburgh and Columbus. Founded over 30 years ago, it was the first medical spa in the region. The spa offers a range of services, including Botox, microneedling, and microblading. The Skin Center is known for its welcoming and comforting atmosphere and very clean office. Clients have praised the staff for being patient, thorough, and gentle, super friendly, and nice. The staff is knowledgeable and provides detailed explanations and after-care instructions. They walk you through everything and carry ZO Skin Health products. Nice amenities include water, coffee, and snacks. Clients report positive results from services like the LaseMD treatment and diamond glow facial, with little to no downtime.

Founded more than 30 years ago by board-certified cosmetic surgeon Dominic Brandy, MD, The Skin Center was the first medical spa in the region. Today, The Skin Center has expanded to include three med spa locations in Pittsburgh – Mt. Lebanon, PA, Shadyside, PA and Wexford, PA and a nationally accredited, AAAHC surgical center as well as one location in Columbus, Ohio.
