Tony was extremely helpful during the due diligence process on my duplex. He was able to schedule an inspection on short notice, quickly provided a comprehensive report (with numerous pictures), and answered follow-up questions regarding the severity of certain findings. He also accommodated and collaborated with other contractors I scheduled to walk the property at the same time. Tony was professional, efficient, and provided valuable insights. Tony is a great home inspector. He has a high level of attention to detail and is quick to get the inspection report out after the inspection. His reports are easy to read and hit all the important aspects of the home inspection along with plenty of photos. He is also quick with communication and scheduling.
