Dino recently did an inspection on a property my daughter is purchasing and we are really please with his work. My husband was at the inspection and he was impressed which isn't his usual feelings on home inspectors. Dino took his time and really looked into things and explained them to my daughter. We feel that we now have a more complete picture of the home because of the inspection done by Dino.

Hired Dino to do a presale inspection walk through. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, scheduled a time for the inspection the next day (in between others jobs). He was prompt and very thorough and informative. He ended up spending more time than originally estimated, due to all of our question, which he happily answered. It was very evident to us that he is very well informed and experienced, generally, across-the-board, as we would expect in an inspector, in addition to getting very specific on items he felt warranted that time and attention.
