Theyve got walls upon walls of video games, CDs, Cassettes, records...With stores like Best Buy purging their Blu Ray collections, places like The Exchange are becoming some of the last places selling physical content.Customer service was excellent, I had an employee hold for me a copy of Gran Turismo 2, with both disks fully functional, manuals, and extra cards, up at the checkout, and only paid 20$!Definitely coming back!

All Gen Z staff brings premium levels of customer service, conversation and information way beyond the inventory. The people are the reason I always come back. I can call in any time to get prices and stock on used games. Traded in my XBOX One library to get some credit for PS 5 games and it was fair. All trade-in pricing sucks (ever watch Pawn Stars?), that's how they keep the lights on. I like that it's semi-local. Highers young cool people who know games and can have a nice stop and chat when I want to burn some cash on games.
