I’ve had good experiences at this location so I want to leave a positive review. However, I just left from a cut which was deeply uncomfortable. I don’t know the name of the woman who cut me (thin, white, and with long gray hair) but she seemed to not like me immediately and I can’t help but think it’s because I get a men’s cut and generally read as gender non conforming. It’s giving homophobic? She spent the whole time raking the comb across my scalp and then the last 5 minutes loudly lecturing me about how I should be using more than head and shoulders for shampoo. Stopped in for a haircut and beard trim. Was greeted by Denise, who is very friendly and welcoming. I got exactly what I asked for in a very timely fashion and I am extremely pleased with the end results.I will definitely be a return customer because of Denise!!
