Dropped off 13 lbs of laundry here for same day service while in for a work trip. They came back neatly folded and smelling good in a timely manner. Very Happy w/ the service

Strong Dry Cleaners is a 90 year old black-owned business based in Homewood. Strong II is their downtown location. Strong’s provides dry cleaning, laundry service, leather and suede cleaning, and alterations & repairs. Along with their convenient location on Grant Street, they offer valet pick-up and delivery. Their mission is to provide quality fabric care service with an emphasis on building a network of trust among its customers. The company specializes in dry cleaning and laundry service, with a target demo of patrons ages 25 - 70, who live in and/or work in the city of Pittsburgh and its first ring of suburbs. Strong’s Cleaners views each garment as playing an important role in the customers’ lives. If a garment is prepared in a timely manner with superior quality, there is a potential to produce a “domino effect” of positive consequences in the customer’s day, whether for a job interview, an important professional meeting, or a night on the town. This is viewed, not as a risk, but as an opportunity to impress upon its clientele just how significant presentation of self through uniform can be towards actualizing, and maintaining personal and professional goals.

I opted for pickup and delivery service. Clothes were picked up and delivered when scheduled. Cleaners did a great job and even called when there was a question about a garment. I thought the prices were reasonable. Overall service was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend Strongs cleaners. They do quality work and care for your clothes as if they are their own. The prices are good as well. Most inportantly, Justin Strong, the owner, is a wonderful individual. going to extra lengths to ensure his customers are satisfied Justin is a one of a kind individual and business owner. I strongly recommend this business and know that I will be using it for all of my dry Cleaning needs.
