Nicole at Square One helped me recover wonderfully from a nagging injury to my lower back / hip. I didn't know what was wrong, but she was able to diagnose, treat, and help me get pain-free in addition to recovering strength to the muscles. Professional and personable, it was a highly enjoyable experience with consistent scheduling and a comfortable atmosphere. Square one is well equipped to help you get back to where you should be! I had an excellent experience working with Gordon at Square One! We were able to find a great recovery plan that allowed my injury to heal and then gradually ramp up the intensity, confirm I wasn't regressing, and eventually get me back to the level I used to be at.
