I've been going to the Bethel Park store for years and consistently get a great cut. All the ladies are extremely polite, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Went to get my beard done today, and it is completely uneven and honestly not acceptable. Also my neck line is completely flawed. I will never ever return to this location. Train your people.

The stylists here, especially Ana, work hard to make sure they understand exactly the cut you want and take the time to get it done right. Make sure you get the shampoo, because nobody wants to walk around all itchy, and it is very relaxing.

Just walked out. Called them and asked if I could get in. Women stated that there was no wait. Walked in and there was one person getting a cut. The stylist never acknowledged me in any way. I stood there for 4 or 5 mins. She never looked at me. I got back in my car and called them back. Same girl answered that told me no wait. I asked what happened and she said she was in the bathroom. If she would have asked me to come back in I might have but it didn't seem to bother her. Oh well
