My wife and I had a lovely experience here. They ship these all the way from NC and they're very soft. The employees let us do our own thing looking until we were ready which I appreciated. They went the extra mile and made the bottom an even clean cut, and trimmed away little branches so it would sit nicely in a tree stand. They also carried it to our car and were very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Miss Annie who works at Shadyside Nursery is an absolute angel! So knowledgeable and great to chat with about plants! Bought my fourth plant there today and cannot wait to come back and get more. Beautiful and reasonably priced! ❤️

I just recently moved to Pittsburgh and wanted to try a nursery near me. I'm super impressed with Shadyside Nursery's inventory and customer service. The person at the register was super knowledgeable about the indoor plants I was looking for and one of the kindest people I've ever met. I'll def be returning to get more pots and plants!
