My husband and I were in need of a new pair of glasses, and returned to SEE because of our amazing experience in the past. I love how many funky pairs of glasses they carry, there is so many options in an array from neutrals to very colorful frames. The staff is super friendly and helpful by making sure their customers try on all the options and find a pair of glasses they love. We will continue to buy our glasses here because you can't get the unique variety and customer experience anywhere else!

Love this shop and the folks who work there! I have visited twice and each time they have generously offered to realign my wire frames without charging me. For someone who relies on their eyeglasses to negotiate everyday life tasks--this has been invaluable customer service! I plan to purchase my next pair of glasses from this business because I am so impressed by their outstanding commitment to customer service.

I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses at SEE Pittsburgh Shadyside location over the past several years. I have always been completely satisfied with style, value and in store experience. I recently experienced an issue with the lenses in one pair. The issue appeared to me to be a product defect not caused by improper care and cleaning. I reached out to SEE Customer Support. They responded promptly, evaluated the issue and resolved it to my complete satisfaction. It is refreshing to deal with a company that puts customer service first and stands behind their product.
