The owner, Victoria, really listens to what you'd like to achieve with the look you are going for. She's very knowledgeable and skilled in all types of hair and looks. She offers her expertise. No pressure experience. Makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Extremely friendly. I recommend Salon Tori Designs to anyone who wants a professional experience at a reasonable rate.
