I was traveling and needed a quick blowout. Tracy at Unique Factor did an amazing job - quick and easy - and I absolutely loved how she styled my hair! The salon is relaxing and I was in and out within 30 minutes, not feeling rushed at all. Don't let the road construction deter you - it's so worth it!

Just had my hair cut by Shelly. From the wonderful massaging shampoo, the cut, and blow dry, I felt pampered. Received a compliment about how nice my hair looked from my neighbor when I was out walking. The staff at Unique Factor always greet you with a smile?

Dana is the BEST, we started going to BoRics years ago and as luck would have it Dana was the woman who cut my hair. I never had an issue when she cut my hair. My wife and daughter started using Dana and NEVER one complaint she is Super nice, always happy and always on time. When she left BoRics we were so happy for her because they NEVER appreciated her she seemed to stay late and go in if they needed her to. She is one of the employees that a boss would love to have on their staff. And when her clients from that other place find out where Dana is the Unique Factor may need to add a second floor.
