Just had my hair cut by Shelly. From the wonderful massaging shampoo, the cut, and blow dry, I felt pampered. Received a compliment about how nice my hair looked from my neighbor when I was out walking. The staff at Unique Factor always greet you with a smile?

Amazing!From the building on the outside to the staff inside. It was an unexpected gift of service in the realm of beauty. Chrissy who cut and highlighted my hair was outstanding. Caring, personable, compassionate in styling hair. She is one of the best stylist in the city of Pittsburgh. I am returning as a client and so recommend"Unique Factor" ! They have captured the "Unique" !! I am thankful!

I have been going to Nikki for hair and brows for years. She does awesome color! Salon is very clean and everyone is super friendly. They are a great team and make you feel like part of the family.
