Nick was great! We will definitely be using Restano for all of our HVAC service and repair needs. He explained everything about the repair of our existing ac unit and provided an estimate, at our request, for a replacement unit. Nick was kind and so helpful!
Excellent response and plumbing work. Easy booking with quick availability. Reduced rating by one star due to the price being 4-5 times what we thought was reasonable, but we did see the estimate in advance and agreed to pay that price.
I contacted Restano plumbing for same day service of a clogged floor drain that was coming up through my finished game room. I was contacted back by text msg saying my technician was on his way within 15 minutes after my call. My technician was Jay McAdams. He also called me and was at my home in 30 minutes. He was great! He scoped and snaked the drain and re scoped it after getting it opened. He was through in no time and was very professional. I would definitely use Restano plumbing in the future and will also spread the word on how good they are. Also, I was very satisfied with the price! Thanks Restano plumbing,heating & cooling!!!
