I hired these people and I called them to confirm the day of the scheduled cleaning and the young lady said they would be out between 9 and 1 pm. I received a call half hour before the scheduled cleaning to inform me that they would not be coming at all. I was extremely upset as I was in Pittsburgh for just that day day and arrived the day before for the cleaning. Very irresponsible and inconsiderate people. I called Stanley steamer n they arrived within 30 min. People be aware!!!!

Patrick was a very nice guy and was quick. I will most certainly use Renew Carpet Care again and will recommend it to my friends.
