Holden did an excellent job walking me thru the whole process and letting me know what floors would be best for my house. He spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with every decision I made along the way.
Floor is installed, it was done in 1 day (though the 9pm end time wasn't optimal) and looks and feels great. William did an excellent job getting in touch with me throughout the install, which was a very nice added sense of security.
I had a few issues with the actual installing, which I believe was done by a 3rd party. One of my outside decorations was broken, and the installer was 1 person and I had to help move my own furniture, but I'm confident...read full review
