We just had our basement carpet replaced by Steinberger Floors and the experience was flawless. We visited the store in Heidelberg to select the carpet and were assisted by Dave Steinberger, the owner of the business. When it came time for the installation, Frank and Andrew showed up exactly on time at 8:00 AM and completed the job far more quickly than I expected. What I thought would take most of the day was done in less than 3 hours. When they left, the basement was cleaner than when they arrived and the new carpet looks fantastic!
