Randy from Quality Home Inspections is your guy! The office staff were incredibly friendly and Terrence helped us get an inspection scheduled promptly.
Randy the inspector was absolutely amazing on the day of our inspection. Not only was Randy on time, and personable; he was also knowledgeable and took time to make sure we understood all aspects of the home.
I will be recommending him to anyone looking for a house inspection!
We had a recent home inspection by Quality Home Inspections and Randy Payne.
Randy started off by explaining how he was going to go about the process, encouraged us to ask questions along the way and was very professional! He explained what he was looking for at every point and advised what was urgently needing attention and what were simple fixes. He is obviously very knowledgeable and coordinated his team for Radon and pest inspection to be performed during his overall inspection. This was, overall, a stress free process and extremely thorough. I would recommend Randy and Quality Home Inspections very highly!
