Don't let the people interrogating you outside discourage you from getting the care you need! The building is very secure which I appreciated. Once in the PP clinic, I felt safe and welcome. The staff was all very kind and kept me informed of delays, which I appreciated. The care I received was as expected. I was able to be seen and treated and given medications to help my condition. The only downside to this location is the parking situation since it's downtown, there isn't close parking. However, that is obviously not the businesses fault. I went to start my hormone therapy! The staff were extremely supportive upon my visit. They used my preferred pronouns, were very understanding of me, anf helped me at the appointment!

Amazing caring and kind staff. Made me feel very comfortable after having to walk past the protesters outside. I just went for routine care after being on hold with my Obgyn’s office for 25 minutes. This will be my new Obgyn.
