Pittsburgh Mercy Family Health Center is the best place for all health care needs. The entire staff is absolutely awesome, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They go above and beyond for patients, providing attentive, thorough, and professional one-on-one care. Appointments are available within four days after the first visit. The center's hours are 9 AM to 4 PM, and patients should be prepared for potential hold times when calling.
I just love everyone I've met that works here. They have all been so nice and caring to me. And Dr Conway is the most caring doctor I've had in my 74 years of living. She really cares about my health and how I'm doing. This place is great to me.
Look, I have to say Dr. Carl has been and will continue to be great! The one secretary who answers the phone for me has been consistently rude regarding my prescriptions. I have had to wait for weeks to obtain some of my medications and when I called about it the woman acted like I had some form of diminished capacity! Just now, 10:22AM on Dec 22 2025 I needed the definition of what a specialty was since my one med cant be filled by my typical pharmacy as they stated that I had to patronize this specialty shop. Funny, the rude woman claimed when I first called to express concern about these meds that I must have blown off the pharmacist since it had called in back...read full review
This is the best place for all of your health care needs. Staff is awesome. Dr. Luenberger is very attentive and very through to help with all of your questions. Also after 1st visit you can get an appointment within 4 days which is really great. Love this Health Center.
