I booked a 90-minute couple's massage class for my boyfriend and I for his Valentines gift. The class was very personalized--Abby did a great job of combining what we wanted to learn with her perceptions of our areas of tension. She even pulled out books to show me the muscular anatomy, so I could understand the muscles that are causing my boyfriend's headaches and how to best find them and work on them. I have some experience with reiki and she even showed me how to work reiki into the massage techniques. Abby provides an excellent service for her clients. Her expertise is like none other. She not only does amazing bodywork but performs massage techniques that truly helps medical issues and ailments while also providing a relaxing experience.

I’m picky, it’s hard to find a massage therapist I really like. Abby used a technique on me called orthobionomy. I've never heard of it but as she pressed trigger points that were tuff to release, she pressed gently and moved the muscles and skin in different directions to immediately releases those trigger points. I was blown away and was quit impressed with this technique and her knowledge on it.
