I always had my endoscopy at a hospital. I did not know what to expect. It was a positive experience. The nurses, anesthesiologist, and the physician were skilled and friendly.

A great team of doctors and nurse practitioners. It’s a drive for me to get there, but well worth it if you have to get a colonoscopy or just have a G.I. problem. The only thing I have encountered that was difficult is trying to get a hold of them on the phone. I was on hold for two hours and 12 minutes the last time I called, which is unacceptable. However, when I was talking to the receptionist, she was very friendly and thorough.

My experience was completely relaxing. There complete staff from the receptionist to the nurses and Dr's were all amazing.

I have been trying to schedule an office visit so they will renew a prescription. First online, page after page after page of name input and signings and inputting info that they have and doesn't change. No response to that so I call and leave a message and no response. They need to do better. Everything else is wonderful when an appointment is actually able to be made.
