I was a new patient and everyone was very nice and listened to my concerns about my precious eye doctor. I went for multi-focal contacts and I appreciate how they explained everything that needed to be done. Great experience!

Great experience! I arrived early to at the Penn Avenue location to look at frames and was helped by everyone to pick out something fun! The optician was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. She gets the credit for picking the winner! Pricing was quite affordable for the high quality of lense options that I wanted! The technician is fast and very personable. The exam with the doctor was fast but thorough. It's always a good experience when you can laugh with staff and be comfortable with your visit to a doctor's office! Thank you Pittsburgh Eye Associates, your manager is choosing good staff?

I've haven't been going to Pittsburgh eye associates very long but the staff are always friendly and helpful... My new glasses were broken a couple weeks after I got them... I called and my glasses were reordered and in the next day.. I say doesn't get any better...?
