The gentlemen who installed were also kind, efficient, and helpful, taking the time to explain and answer questions and leaving the basement clean and pristine. Every tech who has performed annual tune ups has been knowledgeable and kind. Wes and Ethan arrived for a cleaning of a split unit, were friendly, and took time to let a dog get comfortable with them. They respected the home and were polite. The split unit is now super efficient and the 3rd floor is like the North Pole, exactly what is wanted for hot summer nights. They recommended Phillips to a friend who had received several pricey quotes from other companies, and Phillips found a more efficient solution at a fraction of the cost. Mary Ann is an awesome, knowledgeable, and thorough technician. They would highly recommend her and Phillips for Heating, AC, and Plumbing needs. They are very reasonably priced too.

During both installations they were kind, clean, professional, and fast in their work! I just couldn't be more pleased and they've gained a "yearly maintenance customer" for life!
