    They were knowledgeable and customized the colors to me. I had really dark colored hair and had to bleach my hair so I could get the really bright colors I wanted. Not only did Melony achieve the colors I wanted but she made my hair look better than the picture I had shown her. She exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend Philip Pelusi Monroeville. I will never go anywhere else now. They are worth the money and the hour trip I took to get there.
