Today we had to say goodbye to our 14 year old baby boy Chico. This was somewhat of an emergency appointment and although they were booked for the day, they graciously found a way to meet our needs and fit us into their schedule. This is the second of our elderly dogs we have brought to be peacefully put to rest at PetVet365 Wilkins Township. While the employees working this time were different from the previous visit, the review remains the same. These people are incredible. Upon many suggestions from Plum Community Page and Petwell Clinic, we were blessed to get a same day appointment. My kitty was very sick and all staff was very gentle and compassionate with him . They diagnosed and treated him quickly without overcharging us. I can't recommend them enough. Everyone including the receptionist, Emily, and Dr.Ross were all amazing! Thank you PetVet 365 Wilkins for everything! You ROCK!!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
This place was amazing. After trying to get into a few other popular emergency places on a Sunday, this Vet365 location told me to come right in. From initial contact with the woman at the desk to the techs and the vet, everyone was absolutely amazing. If I lived closer they would be my permanent vet. Thank you to everyone there!
