This place was amazing. After trying to get into a few other popular emergency places on a Sunday, this Vet365 location told me to come right in. From initial contact with the woman at the desk to the techs and the vet, everyone was absolutely amazing. If I lived closer they would be my permanent vet. Thank you to everyone there!

We bought in our baby boy King in yesterday, he gave us 16 beautiful years of love and laughter. As a family we had to say Goodbye and here in the Monroville office they made our experience as easy and comfortable as possible. We spent our last moments with him loving him, kissing him and telling him how loved he truly was. From the moment we arrived they treated us with compassion, which is so rare these days. They took care of everything with love and respect. Our family cant Thank You enough for that. Truly you guys are angels. Thank you!

Today we had to say goodbye to our 14 year old baby boy Chico. This was somewhat of an emergency appointment and although they were booked for the day, they graciously found a way to meet our needs and fit us into their schedule. This is the second of our elderly dogs we have brought to be peacefully put to rest at PetVet365 Wilkins Township. While the employees working this time were different from the previous visit, the review remains the same. These people are incredible. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, affordable and truly compassionate. Clean and accommodating to our every want and need. Thank you so much to all of the members of the team there today for making such a hard time for us a little bit easier. Your job isn't an easy one. We send our love and gratitude to you. Rest in peace my beautiful boy 🩵

This vet was able to fit me in for an emergency and get my pup back to himself. He got an xray, fluids, and some nausea medicine. I was so grateful they were able to fit me in. The staff were so amazing there! 10/10!

First time there, loved how cozy the room was and how gentle everyone was with my cat. Absolutely love the idea of waiting in a private room instead of a waiting room. The other vet I used to bring her to now mostly has drop off and I don't like the idea of my cats staying longer than they should at the vet. I didn't feel pressured into doing a million expensive tests like at other places either. Will absolutely bring my pets there from now on.
