She and my wife were already dealing with other stressful issues at the he timeand this one put them over the edge.I recalled meeting Kevin Prag, (owner of integrated bed bug removal) at neighbors birthday party so I reached out to him to see what he could do for her.Kevin asked some questions and then reached out to my step daughter and wife to do the same. His demeanor, professionalism and confidence immediately subdued the emotional stress that he two were going through as he explained his process, his rationale, and his expectations.Kevin was by far one of the best finds we've happened upon in the service industry. “3 mnths ago I found my a few yellow jackets in my daughters room...immediate panic. My landlord was of no help..fine...I contact Pestco, and spoke with Bob...Bill was here the next day, on a Saturday and took care of the problem. Today another stinging insect, wasps were in the same daughters room. Shawn was here withing 3 hours...SPRAYINGGGGGG! These guys ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! “I used The Bee Hunter first in August at that time I thought Jim was kinda a little unfriendly. I had to call him back for additional problems. He returned promptly, he showed up a little early which was great. At that time we had more time to converse we talked about current events. I also found out that he's a Scorpio as is my wife and 4 siblings. They are very well educated and excellent at whatever they're job is. He was more relaxed and friendly. He did not charge me for my additional infestation. I even let him meet my Golden Retriever. He may not seem customer friendly but he is especially after the dog warmed his heart. I was very impressed by his performance and knowledge. I like him. He is a Honorable man and fair. I would Highly Recommend the Bee Hunter to everyone who reads this review. I don't never did it review before. So give him 5 stars. It may be long but I had to tell the whole truth. If you need his Services call him. Thank You. “Steve with Bee Control is awesome. The first time we used his service was when we had a nest of yellowjackets in our walls. They were all through the house. Steve came out for emergency removal and took care of them. We then continued to use his service for all stinging insects around our property for a few years until we moved to a different area.
