So very thankful for Pepper Mechanical. Woke up to cold house! They were extremely response, professional, and had our furnace fixed within a couple hours of my call. Great service and great price - very fortunate to have them in our area!
We had Jesse and Chris install our furnace and A/C today, and we were VERY pleased with their efficiency, cleanliness, and professional demeanor. This is the third or fourth time we have used Pepper Mechanical, and we will use them again in the future. Our AC broke while we were in Europe and Pittsburgh was having a heat wave. Our house sitter didn't know what to do, but we called Pepper Mechanical and they were able to come out, diagnose, and fix the problem in an hour. The service was performed well, the price was totally reasonable, and the customer service was great.
