I have done four projects with Penner and Associates and, as you can imagine, have been very pleased with their work. Our primary contact is John Barbera and we think the world of him. His designs are fresh and imaginative and he is always looking out for his clients. Those times the bids have come in higher than I wanted, John has worked with me to reduce the costs while retaining the aspects of his design that made it so special.I looked at the comments from the previous reviewer and am having trouble relating his comments to what I know of this firm. Do not hire them if you are looking for a professional relationship. They lie and scam clients and contractors. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.
