This place was recommended to me by a friend and WOW! I came in with a pinched nerve in my shoulder, having already been to a chiropractor three times and to see my doctor, with zero change in the amount of pain I was in. After two visits I feel 80-85% better. Nerve injuries are slow to heal and Charlies approach to massage is awesome. I'll be going back once a month to maintain my neck, back, and joints. 10/10, would recommend.
Charlie is a great masseur. Very accommodating, "your" choice of music is a nice, personal touch! He's created a comfortable atmosphere in Bloomfield for affordably indulging in self care, something that is sorely needed in all of our lives... do you get your nails "done"? of course you do ! do yourself a favor, and get your whole body "done'... it's a wonderful feeling.... and you deserve it, don't you?
I highly recommend Peace of Time Wellness. The staff is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields, but they are also very professional and caring. Their staff is equipped with the skills necessary to help individuals through a healing process (with an emphasis on supporting overall wellness --mental, emotional and physical health). They are also very involved in their community through various programs (free online classes) and community events which support residents and local businesses.
