I have gotten my hair professionally cut since I was born and Amelia C gave me one of the best cuts of my life back in March! I came in with shapeless length and left with the *perfect* shaggy, wolf-y, punky cut that has grown out really well. Amelia listened to precisely what I wanted, checked in with me about small adjustments that would make it work (rather than just doing a more boring version of what I wanted without a word as I've had at other salons), and even listened when I said my hair doesn't like a lot of product when styling it at the end. Editing my previous review to say that I came here years later and still had an incredible experience. After having a few nonstarters for natural wavy/curly hair in Pittsburgh I ended up coming to see Emma, and she did an amazing job with both full haircuts and dry maintenance cuts. My hair is exactly the shape I was hoping for and she's a delight. Sad to be moving but wanted to give her a last shoutout before I left!

Disappointed with my latest experience. Instead of being told we need to reschedule, because she needed more time to finish the job. She instead gave me a 75% completed job, and had me go get toner from Sally’s. When there quickly I realized. This was more than just a simple hair application. The employee assumed I was getting it to bring back to my stylist. When I told her I was told to get this to use at home she was taken back. Luckily, she helped me get the products I need and explain the mixing ratios. This is far beyond what I’m comfortable with.
